An Atlanta native, Jennifer originally moved to Kentucky in 2001 after receiving a full tennis scholarship to Murray State University. She graduated from Murray in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and moved to Louisville where she earned a Master of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Louisville. After graduating from the Brandeis School of Law in 2010 she served the public by working as a public defender for the Louisville Metro Public Defender’s Office. It was there that she developed a reputation for being a zealous advocate for her clients.
Jennifer entered private practice in 2015 and has continued to work tirelessly to achieve the best results for her clients. She is a seasoned litigator and practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and estate/probate.
In law school Jennifer was a member of the Sports Law Moot Court Team and a founding member of the Sports Law Society. She is an active member of both the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association. She currently serves as Chair of the Louisville Bar Association’s Gender Equality Committee and is a City Councilor for Audubon Park. She is a member of the Women Lawyer’s Association in Jefferson County, a member of the Louisville Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, and was honored to be an associate member of the Louis D. Brandeis Inn of Court from 2016-2019.
